Important information about sending your photos after your order is placed. Please read carefully to prevent delays!
HOW MANY PHOTOS?
All of the designs I carry require a specific number of photos. Simply send the same number of photos that are in the sample of the design you chose.
If you're requesting a custom design, you can send as many photos as you'd like (up to 14). Generally, the fewer photos on your card, the larger they will be and the better your design will look. 1-3 photos is ideal.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT PHOTOS
Try to pick photos that will work well with the design you've picked. For example, if your design is made for pictures taken horizontally, then vertical photos won't work as well.
DO NOT SEND PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS!
Your designs cannot be legally printed if they contain photos taken by a professional photographer.

Choose high resolution (large) digital photos. The higher the resolution, the better the quality your prints will be (For a reference, 300 pixels is equal to 1 inch of print). To make things simpler, if your picture isn't large enough to fill most of your screen when you open it, it's probably too small!
Please make sure your photos are in universal formats, such as JPG, BMP, GIF, or PNG so that I am able to open them.
BEFORE YOU SEND
Please let me know what order your photos should appear on yoru card (left to right, top to bottom). Simply attaching the photos to your e-mail in a certain order will not always work. Instead, rename them "photo 1, photo 2..." or write the order out in your e-mail body.
You do not need to alter or "fix" the photos in any way. I'll take care of any needed alterations (such as red-eye and exposure). If you would like minor blemishes retouched (such as food on face or a scratch) let me know in your e-mail.

Most customers send their photos by e-mail. E-mail them to laura@photogreetingsgalore.com with your name in the subject line and I will match them to your order. If your photos are large you may want to send them over several e-mails (2-3 photos per e-mail).
Some customers prefer to just send me a link and have me retreive them online from their personal photo storage website, which is fine. Just make sure I can access the full sized photos and not photos that have been compressed or resized by the website where you have them stored.
Make sure you send your photos to me within 1 week of ordering. Otherwise your order will be cancelled. Your turnaround time will start as soon as I receive all of your photos.
